REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Any purchases with Surf HQ are offered with a 12 day refund or exchange guarantee. If you would like to swap an item then please use the procedure below:
We ask customers to cover all postage costs involved in exchanges unless we have made a mistake with your order or your item is damaged. If you are in any doubt about sizing etc then it is best to call us first on 01209 844806 before making the order. This will help to eliminate risk when it comes to ordering items like wetsuits, bodyboarding fins etc where fit needs to be perfect. We do our very best to get the fit correct but we cannot be held responsible if you make the wrong choice. We are happy to exchange in this instance but you will need to cover the postage. To be fair, exchanges are very rare, especially if we have had phone communication before the order is made.
We are happy to refund an item if it does not meet your expectations or if it is an unwanted gift for someone. Any refunds on miss orders will be for the item only and minus any P&P charged on the initial sale. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the goods back at Surf HQ.
Refunds on damaged goods will be covered in full. If you have a faulty or damaged item please call the store on 01209 844806 before returning the goods and we will do our best to sort the problem quickly and efficiently.
